Important Information

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected.

No restocking fees will be charged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are allowed, subject to product availability.

Items marked as Final Sale, intimate apparel, or hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit your return request. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

Unwashed

In their original condition

Returned with the original packaging and tags attached
To start a return, please contact us at support@ivy-charlotte.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions and the return warehouse address.
Please ensure your items are securely packaged and shipped using a tracked shipping service. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend retaining your tracking number until your return has been successfully received.
No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at support@ivy-charlotte.com, and we will gladly assist you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another product, please contact us at support@ivy-charlotte.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or arrange a refund where applicable.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@ivy-charlotte.com as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed by our warehouse. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
