How It Started

Ivy Charlotte began with a frustration we both shared: we could never find clothing that was genuinely well made and genuinely comfortable to live in. One or the other, never both. Beautiful pieces that felt stiff by lunchtime. Comfortable pieces that fell apart after a season.

So we decided to make what we couldn't find.

The Two of Us

We are Ivy and Charlotte, and we work to different instincts.

Ivy has the eye for shape — how a silhouette falls, where a seam should sit, why one hemline works and another doesn't. Charlotte is the one who will not let a fabric through unless it earns its place: how it feels on the skin, how the finish holds up, whether it will still look right after fifty washes.

Between the two, nothing reaches you unless we would both wear it ourselves.

What We Believe

Effortless, not on-trend. We are not interested in chasing what's current. We design pieces you'll still reach for in three years.

Quality you can afford. Good fabric and honest construction should not carry a luxury markup. We keep our range focused so we can keep the quality high and the price fair.

London-inspired, made for real days. Our pieces are designed with British and Irish weather and lifestyles in mind — layers that work, fabrics that cope with a change in the weather, and colours that mix without effort.

Style without stress. Getting dressed should be the easy part of your day.

Tailored for Every Body — Not Just Anybody

This is our tagline, and we mean it literally. We design for real bodies rather than an idealised sample size, and we would rather make fewer pieces that fit properly than a wide range that fits nobody particularly well.
